  1. That is an interesting post. I did not know drinking tea could be beneficial, I was of the impression that drinking tea is harmful, like excess consumption of coffee.

    I particularly liked the point about tea being good for dental hygiene,as I though tea left stains on your teeth.

Can you post something more about calories and tea? ‘Cause I am a bit worried about getting fat for drinking tea with sugar.. thanks a lot!
